There are many wonderful resorts nearby: the fashionable FORTE DEI
MARMI, famous for its elegance, and for its prestigious boutiques
and shops. PIETRASANTA (ten minutes by car),
the so-called “little Athens” for its admirable presence of artists
whose works of art can be appreciated in many shows. TORRE DEL LAGO
the great Maestro Puccini’s birthplace. Here the musician found
inspiration for its Operas which are still represented every summer.

The cottage wisely
redecorated by the owners has three floors and a huge balcony with
its breathtaking view over Stiava and the sea. (in the clearest
days it is possible to see Corsica isle).
In the ground floor there is a big modern wooden kitchen with oven,
dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine. Next to the kitchen there
is a big living room with a wide fireplace, table, bed sofa, rocking
chair. On this floor there are also a utility room, a bathroom with
a shower cabin.
On the first floor there is a very gracious sitting room with an
elegant fireplace, sofa and cupboards. Next to the sitting room
there is the principal bedroom with a cushioned bed head, a wardrobe
and refined accessories. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom
with a whirpool bath and a shower.
On the second floor there are two deliciously furnished double bedrooms,
each provided with an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower, wooden
beams on the roof and parquet flooring.

cottage, recently redecorated, lies in the middle of a olive-tree
field, few kilometres
from the wonderful Tirreno sea in Versilia.
Many top destinations are easily reachable from the cottege: ten
minutes by car from the sea, 20 minutes by car from Lucca, 20 minutes
by car from Pisa, 25 minutes by car from Pisa Airport, less than
an hour from Florence (80 km in the motorway).
